Apps on the App Store and Google Play
If you use an app published by Sinctera Limited, email support@sinctera.com with the app name in the subject line. Questions about payments made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
Your account and data
To access, correct or delete your account and personal data in one of our apps, use the option inside the app where it is available, or email privacy@sinctera.com from the email address linked to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
